"I began my journey with Rhodes Preventive Health two years ago to improve my health. I am now down to 1/2 of a blood pressure pill every other day, take nothing for fluid retention, am no longer pre-diabetic, and have outstanding blood work. The dangerously low potassium is no longer an issue, edema in my left leg is gone, and the dry cough has dissipated. I have also lost 40 pounds. I consider myself a work in progress on this journey to better health."

"As a client at Rhodes Preventive Health I did not just learn another diet that isn't tolerable for the rest of my life. Quite the opposite! I learned a healthy lifestyle that consists of eating delicious healthy real foods (that includes treats and deserts!), appropriate simple activity/exercise, and how to change my thinking and manage stress. I learned how all 3 of these areas are critical to health and weight management ( whether you need to lose or gain weight). I learned what happens inside my body depending on the choices I make in each of these areas. So when faced with choices, I can make an educated (the smart) choice and know why.
